Are you looking to gift a cube to a friend or family member this Christmas? There's a few things you should know to avoid any potential dissapointment on the day (with a few email examples later on, you won't believe the emails we get around Christmas 😅).

Tip & Tricks

1. Always check the box (and cube) if possible. Sometimes the cubes CAN be damaged inside the box, usually this isn't the case but 1 in every 10,000 orders may have a damaged/warped piece. If you can inspect the cube, please do so 😬
2. Always order the correct shipping option for the timeframe you have. By this I mean, if it's December 20th, DO NOT order the standard shipping option, it's going to be tight. Every year we have atleast 2-3 order getting last minute christmas gifts that order the slowest shipping method, it's then always a miserable email when we ruin Christmas 😅

Funny(ish) Emails from Christmas' Past 🎄

Email 1: I ordered next day delivery last night and my postman has just been with no cube. I want my cube today.
(On this occasion, this customer had ordered NEXT DAY delivery at 9pm and expected it 9am the following morning). 

Email 2: My son has opened his cube and the adjustment tool is not in the box. You've ruined our Christmas.
(On this occasion, the customer had ordered a cube that requires a tool to adjust the settings. The tool was hidden in the lid of the box and the reciever had missed it in the chaos of opening the cubes box. The customer was lovely after we replied (on Christmas day) and explained where the tool was).
