ShengShou 10x10 Mastermophix

I love this puzzle. I have all the ones made previously so 2x2 to 8x8 (no 9x9 mass produced yet sadly). Morphix puzzles are my absolute favourite but, when this one arrived it was very very loose. One face in particular, the yellow and red is so loose that I'm kind of scared to scramble it too much. I don't know why it's like this, ice tried tightening it and nothing... Still loose. Overall though, great service from Kewbz as it arrived super quick and was not damaged.
