We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

Pops & Explosions

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

Decent lube

I have tried to use this as a core lube for my RS3M 2020, but the spring noise would not go away (potentially an issue of the cube rather than this lube), but I tried it again on my X-man Bell V2 Pyraminx, and it worked a treat. No spring noise after application. This lube also works as a lube for the tracks, although I haven’t experienced the controllable, sluggish feel that has been described to me by the YouTube videos. I might have to try this on my upcoming GAN 11 M Pro, and do some more comparisons and tests. It works decently with MAX Fleet, however I’m not so keen on it (go check my review on the product page). If you’re looking for a core lube, just go with Lubicle Black in my opinion. It is more expensive, but might be worth it over this.

Quiet and controllable

This really makes loud cubes like the mgc3 elite a lot quieter, while not only speeding the cube up slightly, but also adding control, somehow, not that I'm a lube expert, but I think this is a great lube, especially as your first core lube
