Le QiYi X-Man Tornado V3 M est le dernier fleuron des cubes 3x3 (en septembre 2022). Cet incroyable cube affiche des temps de résolution exceptionnels, même avant sa sortie : le plus notable est un temps de 3,63 secondes, plaçant le cube à la 2e place mondiale.
Le V3 corrige certains problèmes que l'on pouvait trouver dans la version précédente, comme le remplacement du rivet central par une vis réglable et quelques autres modifications mineures.
C'est la version maglev UV qui dispose d'aimants arêtes-coins, d'aimants coins-noyau et également d'un noyau maglev ! C'est vraiment un chef-d'œuvre magnétique.
Le Tornado V3 Maglev est le premier speed cube 3x3 au monde à disposer de réglages maglev ajustables.

SOOOO SHINY
First of all, it’s brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. It is incredibly quiet and looks stunning, very well packaged with accessories and a high quality leather bag.
Has plenty of adjustment options with 5 magnet settings, and at it’s strongest has the snap of a gan 12. The colour shades are beautiful and reflect so nicely against light. The tool-free adjustement is amazing but it’s a bit hard to lift the twisty thing up without a small tool( i used the one for magnet adjustement)
Also i got this pre-lubed with KewbzUK’s Swift lube which has a nice citrus/peach aroma.
If you want a flagship performance cube with the latest features for a considerable amount of money, this is probably your best option.
Just one small thing i noticed, the smallest amount of sweat can make it slippery, as is with all UV cubes and if this would really bother you then consider the ones with glossy plastic instead (i think it’s glossy)

For context, I’m a relative newcomer and not ultra quick at solving, but have gone from a GAN 356M to GAN 14, and thought I’d try a QiYi. This cube is a lot smoother and quicker turning than the GAN 14, with an amazingly strong corner snap (on highest setting). While this speed is its strength, it needs to come with a word of warning in that I find it prone to overshooting when turning a face quickly. It snaps in with almost with a ‘boing’ of a spring or ruler held on a table. But give it a little too much and it will over-sail, even with the cube on a fairly tight setting. So although it feels like it should be ultra ultra quick, I can actually push harder with the GAN 14, which is more controlled. I realise this is likely more about my technique (!) but hopefully a useful comment. But if you like super quick with a strong corner snap, this is definitely a cube to try.

Lost my gan 13😢😢 but this made up for it and it feels and sounds just as good. Definitely maining this in my next comp

This is by far the best cube I have. It feels great, it's fast but not too fast and it hardly locks up.

I bought this as a treat for myself and an upgrade from the RS3M magnetic. It's certainly an upgrade! I also bought Gravitas and Dignitas to lube it up.
Turns great, I've turned the magnets up to full and also the tension, which makes the cube really stable while still much easier to turn than my old RS3M, to the point that I can finally turn the top layer the opposite way with my finger like I've seen people do on Youtube, so it should help with fingertricks.
The only downside I found was one of the corner magnets wasn't in the hole properly. I found it while lubing my cube, and must admit to being a bit disappointed. I found a youtube video on how to replace it and fixed it, but it shouldn't be like that out of the box.
Other than that, great cube, but I've taken a star off.
