We offer a 14-day refund policy if you change your mind on your new cube.

All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Super fun puzzle

The first thing i thought when i opened it was it is TINY, the entire thing is about the size of a 3x3! it turns sorta scratchy and dry out of the box, but a little setup goes a long way, i haven't had any pops yet, but i don't turn very fast so that makes sense, though sometimes the little centre pieces on the inside randomly fly out?? the actual puzzle itself is extremely fun, no learning hundreds of algs, all you need to learn is 2 easy algs and then you just drill it and improve, ITS EPPIIICCCCCC!!!!

Trying FTO as it is naturally the next one to try plus Square-1s. This DianSheng FTO NEO is very nice to turn, needs adjusting to the turning style needed to solve this cube. Like any new cube, a little bit of your preferred lube out of the box while you break it in will do you good. Kewbz for me still Top Shop for any speedcubes needs, never fails us.

Does it have warranty?

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14-days to return anything purchased as long as its all their and un-used 😃
