X Y Z Rotations in Cubing Notations

What exactly do X, Y and Z mean in speed cubing notations? Let's dive on in.

Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise?
- X Look at the cube from the X axis (right face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube clockwise
- X' Look at the cube from the X axis (right face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube anti-clockwise
- Y Look at the cube from the Y axis (top face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube clockwise
- Y' Look at the cube from the Y axis (top face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube anti-clockwise
- Z Look at the cube from the Z axis (front face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube clockwise
- Z' Look at the cube from the Z axis (front face) as shown in the image above and rotate the cube anti-clockwise
